Great location for a Family Event, no matter how big or small. Huge shout-out to Justice, part of mgmt there, or should be!! I was working taking some annual trainings on my tablet in the lobby at a table set up and he offered to turn lights up brighter if I needed and offered to come back to attend to any needs I may have. I believed him wholeheartedly . What customer service should feel like!!
Very nice hotel, no complaints really. Not much around the area would be my only gripe. The hotel itself was clean, rooms were comfortable and the staff were very helpful and polite. Lots of free parking. Hot tub was a little wonky, but it was hot. Overall a good stay and will consider a future stay.
Newly renovated room is very nice! All the staff members are friendly and accommodating. Easy access, and a big plus is the expansive parking lot with plenty of space.
Site is being remodeled. Spacious rooms. Old decor. Very low toilets. Price was good. Large pool, small hot tub. Hot breakfast. Location was good. Bed was comfortable. Radisson is in renovation process. Nice, big space. Has bar and restaurant as well. We went to a place called, The Blind Pig - which was 2 miles away. Very good!
This is the former Collins Plaza hotel, formerly managed by Marriott. The bones of this hotel are still good! They had a lovely breakfast (complimentary) newly refurbished rooms and the same cool elevators/waterfall. Virginia at the front desk helped us when we got some noisy neighbors and she moved us to a nicer room! Really appreciate everybody there. GREAT value.
Stayed for two nights and had a very nice room. Super spacious and newly remodeled. Great pool, hot tub. Leo made a great breakfast buffet and it was fun to visit with him! Can't wait to see the Radisson when the remodel is complete.
My husband has been staying here for a couple weeks and hasn’t been disappointed. We have been coming out a few days at a time to stay with him and our kids love the environment of the hotel and the staff have been amazing. Very tentative and kind to our wild crew. Breakfast has been great with simple food and wonderful service. The pool and hot tube are clean and stocked with towels. We have been very happy with everything! Would continue to visit. Staff are great, rooms are spacious, and environment is clean and cozy.
Lisa at the front desk was amazing! She was working the front desk and cleaning up rooms at the same time, she for sure is one of the greatest assets the hotel has. Most definitely should give this girl a raise. Going above and beyond, and still able to meet every expectation. Very impressed with her work ethic and thank you Lisa for going above and beyond your line of duty to make our stay more than we could have expected!
